The following documents are required for the issuance of tourist visas for citizens of the Republic of Iraq;

• Visa application form (filled out through the visa application portal – www.visaapplication.mfa.gov.az);
• Passport or other travel document (a validity period of a passport or other travel document should exceed a validity period of an expected visa at /east by 3 months) and copies of their main pages (page with biometric photo); Two color photographs (3x4cm) matching with biometric identification requirements;
• Two color photographs (3x4cm) matching with biometric identification requirements;
• A copy of medical insurance certificate;
• Document certifying payment of a state fee;
• Document confirming the applicant's essential financial means for the visa application (in accordance with the duration, purpose and planned activities during the trip);
• Tourism voucher or travel itinerary, a passenger ticket, along with a document confirming accommodation arrangements in hotels, campsites, tourist bases or similar establishments;
• A certified copy of documents validating the degree of kinship when travelling with family members;
• A notarized copy of a birth certificate, a permission of parents or a legitimate representative and copies of identification documents are required for issuance of visa to foreigners and stateless persons under 18 holders of a passport travelling without his/her parent ora legitimate representative.

The following documents are required for the issuance of private visas for the Republic of Iraq;

• Visa application form (filled out through the visa application portal - www.visaapplication.mfa.gov.az);
• Passport or other travel document (a validity period of a passport or other travel document should exceed a validity period of an expected visa at least by 3 months) and copies of their main pages;
• Two color photographs (3x4cm) matching with biometric identification requirements;
• A copy of medical insurance certificate;
• Document certifying payment of a state fee;
• A commitment letter to cover ali the costs related to the visit of applicant (ticket, daily accommodation, medical and etc. costs) or relevant document on availability of funds to cover these costs;
• A notarial authenticated iıivitation letter from the inviting party (on the bases of a verbal note addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, extended to the family members or relatives of the personnel of the Embassy of Republic of Iraq in the Republic of Azerbaijan);
• A copy of the identity document of the inviting person;
• A copy of document confirming that the invited party is a family member of the inviting party - a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, a foreigner or stateless person permanently residing in the Republic of Azerbaijan, labor migrant, foreigner or stateless person who studies in the Republic of Azerbaijan with the temporary residence permit;
• A notarized copy of a birth certificate, a permission of parents or a legitimaterepresentative and copies of identif ication documents are required for issuance of visa to foreigners and stateless persons under 18 holders of a passport travelling without his/her parent or a legitimate representative.

The following documents are reguired for the issuance of business visas for the Republic of Iraq;

• Visa application form (filled out through the visa application portal - www.visaapplication.mfa.gov.az);
• Passport or other travel document (a validity period of a passport or other travel document should exceed a validity period of an expected visa at least by 3 months) and copies of their main pages;
• Two color photographs (3x4cm) matching with biometric identification requirements;
• A copy of medical insurance certificate;
• Document certifying payment of a state fee;
• A copy of the application of the inviting party (state bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan, legal entities operating in the Republic of Azerbaijan or natural persons engaged in individual entrepreneurial activity, branches and representations of foreign legal entities) approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan (on the bases of a verbal note addressed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, extended to guests of the Embassy of Republic of Iraq in the Republic of Azerbaijan).
